Information For Authors
Authors who wish to publish their manuscripts in the TJS journal must master the editorial line. According to the research fields, the logical structure must be defined and be clear. To this end, five plans have been retained for authors:
- IMRED (Introduction-Methods-Results-Discussion)
- OPERA (Observation-Problem-Experimentation-Results-Action)
- SOSRA (Situation - Observation - Feeling - Reflection - Action)
- AIDA (Attention - Interest - Desire - Action)
- IMSRD (Introduction - Modeling - Simulation - Results - Discussion)
1. Language of publication
The languages used for the manuscripts are French and English.
2. Entry
The manuscript submitted to the TJS must be typed double-spaced using Times New Roman font size 12 and the pages must be numbered in Arabic numerals.
3. Types of articles

- Short Communication (Maximum 3 pages)
- General Review (Maximum 20 pages)
- Educational Article (Maximum 15 pages)

4. Presentation of the article
The handwritten text must be in order:

5. Bibliographic style
The references cited in the text or in the tables and figures must be included in the bibliographic references.
Two styles are allowed in the manuscript: HARVARD and VANCOUVER.
References are identified in the text, tables and legends in square brackets [with infra-paginal notes if necessary]. References to publications in languages other than English or French require translation of the title into the language of publication recognized by TJS.
6. Publication process and acceptance:
Manuscripts that meet TJS guidelines are sent to two readers: peer review. The process that leads to this selection is double-blind (the reviewers and the authors must not know each other in any way). Once the reviewers' opinion is favorable (directly or after major or minor corrections), the editorial committee informs the corresponding author by electronic means. On the same occasion, the electronic proof in PDF format is sent for validation (after payment of a publication fee): 75 USD for Africa, Asia and South America; 100 USD for Europe and North America. The corrected proof must be returned to the Publisher within 48 hours of receipt.
The method of payment is sent to the corresponding author: Bank, Wester-Union, Paypal and Mobilemoney.
7. Copyright
Once the article is accepted, the authors, through the corresponding author, transfer the copyright of their article to the journal. The form can be downloaded online. The articles published in TJS are under ''A Creative Common Contribution License''. The transfer of copyright allows readers to reproduce the work, share it and adapt it by indicating the source.
8. Prohibition
- Plagiarism
- Simultaneous submission to at least two journals for review
- Ghost authorship
- Redundant publications (same data)
- Fabrication and falsification of data (Fraud or Misconduct)
- Misinterpretation
- Deliberate creation of inconsistencies with the scientific literature.
